As a family owned business, Brandworx understands and is sympathetic to the pressure that the current crisis has placed on all Australian individuals and businesses. We also understand the importance of strong partnerships with you as a valued customer, so we wanted to reach out to offer you some reassurance about how we are tackling this at Brandworx. Like all responsible businesses, we are taking various measures to ensure our staff, their families and anyone we come in contact with are protected as best as possible from contracting COVID-19.

During this COVID-19 outbreak, we have been working hard to ensure the continuity of our services. Our priority, like yours, is to contain the spread of the Coronavirus by keeping all our staff, customers and contractors as safe as possible whilst minimising disruption to our businesses.

As such, we have proactively activated our Business Continuity Plan to maintain the welfare and safety of our employees, contractors and customers; by promoting social distancing and optimising hygiene standards in our showroom, manufacturing division and throughout our entire premises.


We have made the decision for the protection of our staff and families as of March 24th our SHOWROOM WILL BE CLOSED to the public and businesses. Alternately you can email, phone or use our online platform to place your orders.

Orders can be picked up from our Port Kembla premises, however customers will need to phone the office before arrival to ensure the goods are ready for pick up in the appointed designated area.

At this stage there is no disruption to our delivery service.


It has been no surprise that a number of our suppliers have already started feeling the pressure, with the key drivers being the drop in the AUD, closure of overseas factories, increase freight costs and product quarantine delays. Here at Brandworx we are striving hard to keep all price increases to a minimum, however Brandworx may not be able to sustain this moving forward and will need to put price adjustments through. Some suppliers have advised of immediate price increases while others have advised of increases over the coming months. Please ask our sales team for a quote before placing your order.


Supplier responses have been mixed when it comes to stock levels. While some suppliers are reporting supply delays across certain product lines, most of our suppliers ensure their stock levels for workwear and corporate garments are considerably high with no need to panic buy. A majority of our clothing suppliers source their products from India, Vietnam and other regions outside China. This has given us confidence in their ability to supply Australia in this current climate.

Brandworx is fortunate to manufacture all decorated clothing in its Port Kembla factory in NSW.  Brandworx can assure our loyal customers, that all necessary precautions have been followed for our staff and manufactured orders delivered to you. We are currently processing decorated orders within the 10 working days.

Unfortunately, there has been some gaps in our PPE supply chain. Brandworx can assure you we are working extremely hard to reach out to all our suppliers wide and far to deliver our customers the PPE they need to continue to keep their staff safe. Our PPE suppliers have been hit hard as you can imagine but we are continuously communicating with them on a daily basis to ensure we receive a portion of their supply.
